ok well you will need for each skull :
1-hardware pack, 4- servos,1- skull plate, 1 controller card will run all 8 skulls but you will need 2 wallwarts. 1- 256 rod to make links and 8 --256 connector ends to make the links. if you are putting it on a bucky body you will need a reducer. If you are putting it on a PVC body you will need 1 end cap and 1 - straight PVC connector, 1- "L" bracket to hook the skull plate to.. Hope this has helped Hugs Blinky
