I'm a bit late to the thread, I have never really followed the show(although we watch Smallville religously). I have to say, on last weeks episode, I said the same thing to my wife...Hey, I want to make up my face like the docs!! I was thinking a latex prosthetic could have actual stitches put in it, and be painted to get the effect. Hmmmm......
