You might think of contacting Allejandro (really nice guy and GREAT fang maker) at Welcome To Lord Of The Fangs and ask him if he knows anyone in your area who will do the kind he makes- molds your teeth and customizes them. I know several people with his fangs and he's really good, but he's in Los Angeles- I think.

Handy hint: don't go overboard on size, nothing sounds sillier than a vampire with a bad lisp.
