Default Supernatural is back

How many of you watched Supernatural last night?

I was so happy to see them back after the writers strike. I thought the show last night was OK. But I was more excited to see the show back with a new episode.

What do others think about the return of Supernatural?

Rock on Winchesters!

I liked it - but I stopped watching it after the first couple of shows so I'm really behind on all of the story lines.

IshWitch,
I am glad I am not alone in watching this show. Not to often you get a quality horror show on non-cable TV.

Frankie's Girl,
That is one thing I like about this show. The story line is both on-going and also stand alone with cross-over characters. It is the perfect combination.

Loved it! It was different... I didn't like the bad camera angles, but I understand they did that to get the "hand-held camera" effect. It was one of those light-hearted episodes that are either hit or miss with the show's fan-base. But it fits the same mood as the "Hell House" episode from Season 1 with those "Ghostfacer" guys.

I'm just glad to see my favourite show with new episodes! Next weeks' looks fabulous too. Can't wait 'till Thursday!

In the meantime, they've started the second round of the Supernatural comic book-- Yeay!

Gotta love those Winchester boys!

Jadewik,
I was never a fan of the Blair Witch jerky kind of camera shots. On a big screen they could give people motion sickness.
I can't wait for the next episode. I didn't know they have a comic out.

What do you think?

Is this week's episode going to be their dad or do you think it is a demon "spoofing" their dad?

Let me hear what you think!

Here is the story about tonight's episode -

Dean is stunned after he receives a phone call from his dad who tells him he has a solution to get Dean out of his deal. Sam and Dean fight because Sam is skeptical that it is really thier dad on the other end of the phone and warns Dean not to listen to him but Dean disagrees and sets off on his own path to follow his father's orders.
I can't wait.

I can't wait either... but sadly, I'm not going to be able to watch any TV tonight. =/

I'll have to get the low-down from my co-worker tomorrow.
