I was hoping you'd add a peanutty suggestion, it wouldn't have been right if you didn't.

Along with most everything mentioned above, I also really dig Whoppers.

Hey now, candy corn is not that bad. Well, I guess some of it is. You have to get the Brach's candy corn that are made with honey. The cheeper stuff you always got at elementary school Halloween parties did kind of tast like sweetened drywall putty.

Don't worry Hooch. I got your back. I really like Candy Corn. I know it's not popular for some reason, but I've like them forever. Hey, what can I say... some people actually like asparagus and brussel sprouts. We all have different tastes.

Candy corn tastes like Halloween.

But not to worry, Rookie, I still love you.

(Even though you have very strange taste in candy)

And thanks, HH for coming to my defense. You know us girls cannot resist a gallant man

No worries. If you happen to come upon a puddle, I'd gladly place my cape over it for you.

I LOVE candy corn! I also LOVE Whoppers! (I made my mom get me Whoppers and Cheez-Its when I was in the hospital after surgery many moons ago) I also LOVE Twizzlers, especially the ones you can only get at Halloween because they are in the little Fun Size bags. Soooo soft and delicious!!!

My tastes have changed in these last few years where I can't really tolerate a whole lot of plain milk chocolate unless it is mixed with something or has some kind of center. I don't eat Hershey's Kisses anymore. I love, love, love dark chocolate, however. Especially exotic dark chocolate. Just had some yesterday that had chile peppers and cinnamon. Deeelish!

I love semi sweet chocolate too! I don't love candycorn, but do like it. I forgot about twizzlers, I love the strawberry kind, as long as it is real soft. I have been know to get a craving for gummy worms/bears etc. I also like York Peppermint candy bars. Is it any wonder I am on the heath and fitness forum with all the kinds of candy I like?? And this is only the tip of the iceberg!!LOL!

They're not very common on the East Coast, but these folks make some very tasty chocolates

Welcome to Sees.com: Chocolate Gifts for Spring, Teachers, Grads & Dads!

Strangely, the only places I ever see them on this side of the country are at Airports. So, your friend might even be able to grab them on the way to his plane.
