Group Buys:

This group buy section has been established so that individuals may make a larger quantity purchase from a merchant in order to receive a good price.

- Merchants may not organize a group buy unless they are a paid advertiser of HalloweenForum.com. Advertisers must request permission. If you are an individual that sells merchandise on any site including auction sites, you are considered a merchant.

- An individual may not organize or participate a group buy on behalf of a merchant. In other words, a merchant may not ask someone to advertise a group buy.

- Any abuse of this section from a merchant or individual representing a merchant in any way will result in disciplinary action that may lead to or include account termination.

- HalloweenForum.com is no way responsible for any representations, transactions and use of any group buy. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legitimacy of any claim, funds, transactions, receipt and potential fraud. Participate in a group buy at your own risk.

- You should read these rules regularly as they may be updated as the section matures.

- NEW - If you are organizing a group buy, you must already have the discount information for discounts that is available for the group buy and post it in your initial post.

If your post reads as an advertisement and not a way for members to get a discount and good deal, it will likely be removed.
