Wilbret: What sort of motor/set up is moving the box? We tried to make one last year with a drill and it was a total bust. Looking for new ideas! We have a great old trunk...I'd love for it to somehow shake around some???

I used one bimba cylinder in the center of the box, which gives it a random pattern. Seems more simple than using a motor. is quiet and dependable.

Oh yeah, and powerful. I could throw the box into the air if I wanted to do so. Get the right cylinder and regulators for the job. :-)

Default Halloween 2006

Well this was my first Halloween Haunt. I didn't have the resources or time to do what I wanted to do my first year but I'm only 24 and I have plenty of time to build up my resources and have the haunt that is pictured inside my head!

How can you bring up the pictures instead of the links?

Since we're talking about Monsters in a Box, here is my version that I called Creature Crate.

Here is a video of the guts:

I used an EFX-TEK prop-1 controller and AP-8 board along with a windshield wiper motor.

Boneman: I'll dig out some of the pneumatic rigs and take pictures this weekend. I bought them, but when my brother saw them he said they would be REALLY simple to make. LOL...I'll take his word on it.

I loved that monster in the box. Was wondering do you have the breakdown and what you used to make that monster in the box. Would love to learn how to build it, thanks.
