To display your picture on the forum you need to have it on the internet somewhere, many people use photobucket or yahoo. Then enclose the url from the photo between these brackets
[img]your-photo-url[/img]
If you don't know the location url of your photo, right click on the photo and select properties. You should then be able to copy and paste the location.
