Default Cheap blucky make-over

I know this kind of lame, but it's effective. I've seen some people have corpsed bluckies but other than that they seem to be mostly untouched when set up. Those days are over! I was wanting to improve him w/out spending too much time on him and had a great idea. I used a black sharpie to fill in all the indentations of my blucky and surprisingly it looks pretty good. Here is a picture of him now.

His hands are'nt very visible but they turned out great. It only took about 30 minutes, so it's great for a last minute touch up.

Use a walnut stain wiped on and it will make the bones look older. Takes a few minutes also.

That's what I did to mine. Just make sure you wear rubber gloves.

I'm glad to hear that works, was thinking of trying that this weekend and am short of time. Better go find the gloves!

Thanks, great idea. Now I have a use for my left over stain. Mine is a liitle dark, but if I wipe it off with a clean rag it should lighten up nicely (I hope!) I was wanting to give him a more realistic look anyway, but I didn't want to spend a whole lot of time on him. So again thanks.
