Good suggestion Madame X. However, I think I might mount the head on a grave grabber cocked slightly back so he's looking up at you. Then I might attach it to a one of those Saturn wiper driven mechanisms (like this: The Grave Grabber Mk. II), so the eye rattles around a bit. But good suggestion for a non-moving eye.
