Thanks buckaneerbabe. That's the look we're going for but like you said, it's out of our budget. John found a cowboy costume after halloween last year that included the duster, we've got the bandanas, and hats, we'll probably have one close to that for only 10 - 15 bucks. Thanks for the idea. I haven't looked at that site for a few months now.

Yes we are.... we plan on making the house the saloon inside...and the porch will probably have some cowboys playing poker. The front is still up for debate. John wants to build a stage coach(dreaming i think), we have been talking more of a covered wagon/chuck wagon type prop as of late...easier build....we've been collecting items all year of course...haven't found as many as planned...still looking...i can't believe there is only 130 days left...this is when time flies.... So I'm thinking of a chuck wagon type camp/boothill cemetery..john originally wanted a robbery scene, but i don't really want the whole gun display in the front yard... I think I'll win with the camp out. We are already at odds with next year. He wants to do classic hollywood horror films theme. Bates motel...yada yada...more gore than usual for us... i don't think i'm going to win that battle...he's pretty set on it.
You guys are sticking to pirates right? I love the oijia ( sp?) board.
How's everything coming along? Are you camping again this year? I'm sure you'll win...you keep getting more skilled throughout the year.
