Probably 1-2lb? I can't really tell. They are easily pulled and the bucky skull is probably a few pounds falling forward? In fact I had to use 2 of them to hold it up. Otherwise one would just fall down.

How many pounds are the springs would you say?

I got them at Home Depot. The last time I was in there it looks like they don't carry the springs anymore. Just your basic 4-5" spring easily pulled not rigid. Lightweight metal wire?
