Hi MB, just popping in to say hi. hope all is well in sunny Brighton. I havn't been there in years, we used to always drive up for the day from southampton, when we visited my grandpa.

Thanks for the compliment on the face painting. I was practicing before doing a friend's makeup the next day for an event. I see you are doing Corpse Bride this year! I like your makeup practice run photos. I was her last year and the shade of blue was all wrong! Oh well!

hi MB - you were wondering about getting a blue tinge on your skin. normally at halloween to make my face pale I usually use a very pale foundation - then mix some of my face powder with talcum powder then brush it on. to make your face blue i would suggest a combination of the face powder, talcum powder & blue eyeshadow crumble up in it - make sure it's all well mixed together & brush on with a large brush. just watched the corpse bride for the first time last night & i loved it! especially the all singing & dancing skeletons! might do that costume myself next year!

Congratulations on being an Auntie again!! Man, I just know the kids are gonna SO love you as they grow up! Bethany's a pretty name.

My family's doing very well, overall I couldn't be prouder of how Dylan and Xander have adjusted to school...I want to say Xander's a little hoodlum, because he's gotten in trouble for a couple small issues already, but honestly, when I compare him to some of the kids I teach, we should consider ourselves very fortunate inDEED.

Halloween projects have been on hold for a few weeks with me getting back into the workforce and all, but by JOVE, I WILL pick them back up soon..just 'cause I've got a job again doesn't mean I will neglect my Halloween celebrations!

Oh geez, those columns ... yeah, they turned out nice. The skeleton torsos ... um ... gonna have me pulling my hair out! I should be done with them in about a week, then I have to do something else. How's the costume coming your working on (you doing the Corpse Bride correct)?
