Alrighty, K, so how's the new job?? Y'all started the 1st right? I hope I don't have it wrong again..although that's entirely possible. Just wanted to drop in and wish y'all a great holiday weekend, be safe and all that! We're not doing a thing except fireworks on the driveway for the kids, but I'm excited to know they'll be having so much fun. Hope to talk with ya soon, take care!

Aw man, that is so terrible about that kid. I didn't realize he was trying to get his hat back, but I figured it was something like that....I feel so bad for his family that was there, having to see him that way. Nothing worse.

Here I am everybody. Sorry to cause concern...I'm actually having a fabulous time. We took a last minute, unplanned trip to the coast with the kids and grandson. It can be difficult to get away because we have to arrange for someone to take care of the horses while we are gone. Once county fair seasons begins all my relatives and trusted friends who have experience with horses are no where to be found (except in the barns at the fairs). My niece's daughter was available last week (also needed to earn cash...she's 15) so it was a good opportunity for us to skip town. I have a lot to catch up on at home and on the forum, but I promise to check in every day or leave you a message in the future. It's nice to have such a caring family. Special apologies to Spookilicious mama for giving her a scare by not responding to her e-mails. Spooki, my best friend is out of town too. Sorry!
