They have some cool & unique products. The communication is poor & hopefully i'll receive my order, love it & will come back & brag on the quality. hopefully.

Placed order with them on 15 June 2007 (2 Skulls)

This is the email thread after that. The only good point is they do write back the same day.

Hello hoghunter,
I too have the same types of email ie Your items will be shipped next week, tomorrow, the 6th tuesday of last month you know the hype.
Please let me know if you receive a refund. This company continues to do this year after year. I wished I could get the deluxe tombstones without going through thehalloweengroup.com Also the website say's all tombstone orders will ship on August 1st well if that were so i'd have received them by now.
Why do people have to be so dishonest?

Oh man these people are the worst to deal with. Its like they act as though they are doing you a favor buy selling to you.

I have purchased from them twice some years ago and both times getting my order was like having teeth pulled. I would suggest calling them on the phone and bugging them for your order. They will lie in their excuses as to why you are still waiting ("we are waiting for the right materials to complete your stuff" etc)

And hoghunter, consider yourself lucky you got a reply to your email. I emailed them several times with a simple question about shipping fees and never got a response. Consequently they lost a potential sale.

But ya know what? These slackers dont much care.

Is the problem with them the fact they are simply reselling stuff from China, without carrying stock in the first place? Are they dropshippers?

Everywhere else only has the 'torso' which has the skull attached for double the price, and I really don't need a skull as I can cast plenty of them for my purposes myself.

Apparently they make there own stuff right there in PA like the fencing & the tombstones. They just cant seem to get their act together.
