Hated my experience with this website. What you see in the pictures is not what you get, and they don't care to mention that in their comments about the item. The box it came in was completly destroyed. They charge you 20% re-stocking fee (I'll re-stock it myself if it's so complicated to put it back in the dusty shelve) and won't refund your shipping expenses which for me amounted to $12.95 which in turn is the same price of the item I ordered(what kind of joke is that).
Restocking fees have little to do with the physical restocking of the product. What is the company supposed to do with used merchandise? This is done to deter people returning stuff on a whim.
Not many companies will pay for you to ship the item back to them. 12.95 is about 4 gallons of gas. How far can you drive on 4 gallons of gas? Put things in perspective, man. If you return stuff to a bricks and mortar store, do you expect them fill your tank?
Sorry you had a bad experience, but it is caveat emptor when catalog shopping.
As the others have said, FC should resolve the issue if it is legitimate. They get a overall A rating from me, but maybe a B- on price.
