I did a small claims against someone and it cost me less than $40 and they had to pay that because I won.

Don't give up. If you file a complaint with the attorney general in his state, they will forward it to him letting him know he is going to be investigated.

I did that with a b word I bought something from on Ebay. She lied to about 5 people. After I sicked the Attorney General on her and ruined her reputation in the small town she lived in by talking with someone at her local police station that knew her, I got my money back and that was $400.

I play dirty when it comes to my money and someone playing dirty with me.

Right here in this thread you have proof that yours case is not the first time he has done this to people . I would print out this whole thread out and take him to court or the D.A. They will catch up to him and put him in jail.

My money is gone for good. The authorities don't give a crap. All I can do now is try to keep other people from becoming victims via threads on the various forums.

Visa & MasterCard both state in their agreement with merchants that an item ordered online can not be charged until it actually ships! It does not matter how long ago it was, Visa & MasterCard will honor a claim if the merchant violated that agreement. You do not need to file a claim against anybody in court. I have been through this with my business!

You need to file a claim with your CC company to get this resolved without the need for court!

Erik Carlson stole $1,500 from me in 2004.
I'm SO glad to see people are finally realizing the importance of staying away from SpookyPlanet. I turned him in to the Better Business Bureau a couple years ago...only to find he was already there!
Erik aka SpookyPlanet is a good old fashioned case of internet fraud.
For a better experience, you should deal with those of us who are actually operating legally

Thank You! I was just going to buy a body, for $117.00, at that site. I had it in the cart. I will not get it now, I will make it myself.
