Default BooCrew productions?

Anyone order from BooCrew?
The items look good and prices look reasonable but the communications, in my experience, leave a lot to be desired.
- put in prepaid order on 6/7/08 for single coffin sitter
- followed up on order on 6/17/08 to get any update
- received reply on 6/18/08 that would ship on 6/20
- sent another update request on 6/27/08 received no reply
- sent another update request on 7/8/08 received no reply
- sent another update request today 7/10/08

So far no goods, no tracking info and no reply to last three inquiries.
I rate that about an "D" in customer service at best.

i have purchased from them before and had good luck
you may want to try calling them thats how i was able to get a quick reponse

Doug,

I am sorry it took a little longer then normal to get your product to you. There were 2 unforeseen issues that caused the delay neither were in my control.

I returned all correspondence I received. According to your post I did not respond to 2 emails. I am not sure why I received some but not all of your correspondence.

Anyhow, according to shipping records it shows the product you purchased is in your possession. Is this correct?
